General Machine & Experimental Works Capabilities:

General Machine is your source for both precision milling & turning. Our full service machine shop offers both conventional lathes and milling machines, as well as many new Haas CNC machining centers. We stock a large inventory of materials and alloys. The products that General Machine manufactures are created from cad files that our customers supply or from the files that are created by General Machine using FeatureCam software.

Reverse Engineering?

No blueprint, no problem. General Machine can “reverse engineer” your existing part by taking the necessary dimensions and creating a cad file from those measurements.

We support these file extensions

We support, but are not limited to the following file extensions; .dwg, .dxf, .iges, .stl and of course, pdf's. We are able to convert your project from Metric to Standard dimensions.

Additional Operations - Heat Treating, Plating and Anodizing

General Machine not only specializes in precision milling, boring, turning, tapping, welding and fabricating, we can accommodate our customers with additional operations such as heat treating, plating and anodizing. Any special requests that are needed can also be accommodated.
